Our precision-engineered peristaltic pumps and critical fluid path technologies for scalable drug substance bioprocess and small-batch drug product fill/finish applications will also be on show, including Watson-Marlow pumps and a Flexicon FPC60 fully automatic fill/finish small-batch aseptic system. The FPC60 system can be designed and built with a choice of optional solutions allowing adaptation of each stage of the fill/finish process including vial infeed, filling, stoppering, capping, auto-reject and product outfeed. It has precision filling of better than ±1.0 % from 0.2 mL up to 100 mL. Flexicon’s portfolio ranges from stand-alone units for hand filling, to semi-automatic systems, to fully automatic filling, stoppering and capping machines.

Also on display will be the recently advanced DriveSure^®, a complete peristaltic panel mount pump solution for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
