Qdos pumps provide accurate, repeatable and contained reagent dosing, pH control and slurry transfer between flotation and milling stages. Qdos H-FLO is designed specifically for higher flow rates up to 600 L/hr (158.5 USGPH) and pressure capability up to 7 bar (102 psi). Like the rest of the Qdos range, Qdos H-FLO cuts costs through higher precision chemical metering, with an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5% in dosing.

Bredel hose pumps have a proven ability to handle abrasive pastes and chemicals, including viscous slurries, grit-filled sludge, corrosive acids, and other challenging materials. These industrial pumps achieve flow rates of up to 475 gallons per minute, transferring up to 80% solids in suspension. Bredel is also helping mining customers reduce their environmental impact by treating contaminated minewater and safely containing corrosive liquids.

Watson-Marlow cased pumps and ATEX certified close-coupled pumps have no seals, valves, diaphragms or rotors to clog or wear, and provide a simple, low-maintenance pumping solution in challenging applications.

Lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), Aflex hoses offer excellent chemical resistance. Corroflon is a fluoroplastic hose with a flexible convoluted PTFE liner for chemical and process fluid transfer. Corroline+ is a kink resistant, flexible hose with reinforcing to withstand the most severe conditions.
