This social media policy describes the ways in which Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS) interact on social media channels. It covers copyright restrictions on material posted to the individual sites, privacy and our full social media protocol.

Information posted by WMFTS on social media is subject to the copyright act of UK.
We are committed to respecting individuals' privacy. Information shared on our social media accounts are subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1988, which means that the information may be accessed and disclosed in response to a request under either of these acts.
We will not record the conversations or comments posted to its social media accounts. But we will collect aggregated information, such as the number of impressions and engagements (likes, shares, profile visits, weblink clicks). This information will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media accounts and help us make decisions for future content and design.
To protect your own privacy and the privacy of others, we recommend that you not include personal information in your comments or any other content you post.
