From unloading raw material to a storage tank, through transfer to a mixer/agitator/reactor/cooking vessel, to final transfer to the filling line, Certa Sine^® pumps from MasoSine maintain yield and increase output. Certa pumps are very easy to clean and perfect for handling viscous products or fluids. Unlike traditional pumps with rotors that cut through the fluid, Certa’s sinusoidal rotor gently carries fluid through the pump to dramatically reduce shear, while cutting power consumption by up to 50% with high viscosity fluids.

Certa meets the highest standards in hygiene and cleanability. It is one of few pumps in the world which is certified by EHEDG Type EL Aseptic Class I. The aseptic certification confirms the bacteria-tight design when using a double mechanical seal. In addition, it proves that the Certa Sine pump can be steam sterilised.

The soft pumping action of Bredel hose pumps eliminates shear and minimises the amount of damaged or unacceptable production. Due to the Bredel’s hygienic peristaltic pump design, the only point of contact with the fluid is the inside of the hose. Bredel provides compliance with food-safety standards and also offers Bredel CIP hose pumps for processes that require regular clean in place.

The Watson-Marlow 530 pump, with its robust and simple construction, can be easily operated by different personnel to deliver unrivalled accuracy. With a simple-to-use HMI which requires minimal key presses during operation, this pump is self-priming and capable of dry running. Fluid is fully contained within the tube, providing complete isolation of the pump.

High-purity Aflex PTFE flexible hoses, with best-in-class kink resistance, are ideal for the most challenging applications. Lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), Aflex FaBLINE hose is a food-grade flexible hose developed to meet the latest hygiene standards and provide excellent chemical resistance.
