Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is fairly chemical resistant and offers quality performances in applications with repetitive steam-in-place (SIP) cycles.
We currently have two types of EPDM diaphragm available:
Diaphragm variant(s) | Bellows, Parylene surface, Straight |
Compatible actuators | AJS, AKS |
Material specification | EPDM with Parylene surface treatment, Ethylene propylene diene monomer (peroxide cured) |
Standards | ASME BPE, RoHS, USP VI |
Technical Summary table lists features available within the range. See ‘Technical specifications’ tab for model specific information.

Valves - sampling
Designed with through-the-chamber CIP/SIP via 1/4- to 1/2-inch ports, ensuring a truly representative sample every time.
Valves - sampling
Eliminate the usual dead leg between seal points, in a reliable block-and-bleed valve.
Valves - inline valves
Our best-selling in-line valve featuring a 180 degree install angle with superior drainability in multiple orientations.
Valves - inline valves
Minimize hold-up volume, with two flow paths in one efficient valve.
Valves - inline valves
Designed to allow division and blending of two or three fluid paths in a single assembly. Eliminates dead legs.
Valves - tank valves
Use with freeze tanks or tanks requiring critical temperature control. Extended body and diaphragm.
Valves - tank valves
Created for low-point draining or sampling in piping systems, this valve eliminates dead legs and helps promote drainage.
Valves - tank valves
A valve with a simple clamp connection for easy installation. Allows steam-in-place or flush through, without dead legs.
Valves - tank valves
Used to add ASEPCO valves to existing tanks. Many different designs to fit your specific situation.
Valves - tank valves
An integrated steam valve added to our tank-bottom valve. Allows steam-in-place or flush through, without dead legs.
Valves - tank valves
Off-center outlet for full drainability when installed on the slope of a vessel head.
Valves - tank valves
The leading aseptic tank-bottom valve. Available in multiple configurations including custom-machined.
Valves - tank valves
For use in situations where sampling, draining, transferring or directing fluid from a line is necessary.
Valves - tank valves
Long-lasting, quick-change diaphragms. Extremely chemical and steam resistant. Only available for tank valves.
Valves - diaphragms
Valve diaphragms. Medical grade silicone available in white or clear finish. Parylene surface treated version available.
Valves - diaphragms
Excellent heat and chemical resistance. Not suitable for use with ketones and esters. Steam resistant version available.
