Q-Clamp is an innovative sanitary clamp, designed to help create integral connection throughout your fluid path and reduce potential leaks. Supporting the validation of connections throughout your bioprocess Q-Clamp's unique closure ratchet system is designed to work with sanitary ferrules aligned to ISO and ASME BPE standards.

Constructed from two unique parts, manufactured in a Class 7 cleanroom, Q-Clamp allows for complete fluid path connection integrity.

Q-Clamp has a bumped hinge to hold the clamp open, supporting efficient ferrule and gasket alignment. The internally tapered design of Q-Clamp's bottom half has over 180 degrees coverage of the ferrule, enabling retention and maximum operator efficiency.

Overcoming the challenge of over-compressing a gasket in a connection, Q-Clamp has a tool-free ratchet closing system that can be performed in seconds with one hand.

These innovative design features combine to help safeguard your fluid-path connections by reducing potential leakage.

Q-Clamp is supported by an industry-leading validation package for non-wetted components. Meets USP <88> Class VI Biological Reactivity, USP <87> In-Vitro Cytotoxicity, and biological evaluations per ISO 10993-5, 6, 10 and 11 industry compliance.

The tamper evidence cover (TEC) is a single moulded part, manufactured in an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom. The design follows the contours of the Q-Clamp ratchet mechanism, ensuring that once connected, it is no longer possible to open the clamp.
