100 series low-flow pumps

The 100 series combines performance, practicality and design. With its iconic flip-top design it is an industry standard OEM product in medical device, biotechnology and diagnostic applications, and very popular in many other applications too. The 100 series is popular for it’s accurate, repeatable and low-pulse flow rates, attractive design and compact size.

  • High accuracy and repeatable flows for single-channel, continuous tubing applications 
  • Flow rates up to 349 mL/min for continuous use and up to 510 mL/min for intermittent use 
  • 0.5 – 4.8 mm bore, 1.6 mm wall thickness tubing 
  • High accuracy and repeatable flows up to medium pressures 
  • Error-free tube change in seconds 
  • Four-roller 114 and six-roller 116 for lower pulsation 
  • DV version for tube life and DVP for higher pressure 
  • Range of colour options 
  • Other pumphead options include cover-open sensor, rotation sensor and customised occlusion

  • 100DriveSure: 12 V to 48 V DC integrated stepper motor with Industrial Ethernet and analogue control options, sealed mounting plate and PC software (WM Connect) 
  • 100ST: compact stepper motor for precise, digital speed control 
  • 100FD: 12 V and 24 V simple DC motors at a range of speeds 
  • 100VDL: brushless DC direct drive with integrated 0-4V analogue control
