Certa Sine^® pumps from MasoSine maintain yield while increasing output in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetics applications. Due to its one shaft, one seal design, Certa is considerably more energy efficient than other positive displacement pumps. Certa pumps are very easy to clean and perfect for handling viscous products or fluids. Certa meets the highest standards in hygiene and cleanability. It is one of few pumps in the world which is certified by EHEDG Type EL Aseptic Class I. The aseptic certification confirms the bacteria-tight design when using a double mechanical seal.
Watson-Marlow pumps deliver accuracy of up to +/-0.5% to guarantee process stability and product quality, and closed fluid path pumping assures complete isolation from any source of contamination during transfer, filling and filtration applications. Watson-Marlow cased drive pumps for the alternative protein cultivated industry offer ease-of-application, with no hard piping required, as well as near-zero maintenance, sterility and performance for fermented feed. Flexible and scalable, without changing contact materials or losing performance, Watson-Marlow peristaltic pumps ensure the process remains controlled and repeatable at every scale.
The Qdos^® range of chemical metering and dosing pumps offer reliable and cost-effective performance for water and waste treatment in a wide range of food and beverage processing plants and samitary applications. Qdos peristaltic dosing pumps, including the Qdos H-FLO for higher flow rates up to 600 L/hr, can eliminate the need for ancillary equipment with flow rates from 0.1 mL/min to 120 L/hr at pressures of up 9 bar. Qdos pumps have an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5%, and this accuracy results in reduced chemical costs and contributes to less emissions with fewer chemical deliveries.
Flexicon PF7+ is a benchtop peristaltic dispensing pump developed for accurate and reliable manual filling of sensitive fluids in GMP production and cleanroom environments. The closed fluid path removes any risk of cross contamination, making the PF7+ ideal for aseptic filling.
The Flexicon Flexfeed 30 (FF30) is a bottle handling and capping machine for bottles up to 50 mm in diameter. In combination with the PF series, liquids can be filled automatically in volumes from less than 0.2 mL to approximately 100 mL.
High-purity Aflex PTFE flexible hoses with best-in-class kink resistance are ideal for the most challenging applications. Lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), Aflex FaBLINE hose is a food-grade flexible hose developed to meet the latest hygiene standards and provide excellent chemical resistance.
