Fluid path accessories

Fluid path accessories for Flexicon products include: a range of filling nozzles, tubing connectors (Y-connectors in PVDF or PP), weights for tubing, tube manifolds, filling stands and a range of format parts for table-top capping machines (including bottle tools for a wide range of diameters, capping heads for crimp capping and capping tools for screw caps).

Features and benefits

  • Filling nozzles for fill volumes from micro-volumes to more than 5000 ml
  • Single-use, sterilisable by gamma irradiation or autoclaving, stainless steel, gas purging, hand-held, pneumatic or filling nozzles with non-drip valve
  • Sterile and ready to use single-use fluid paths
  • FDA USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2510, BSE/TSE free tubing connectors
  • Weights for tubing to keep tubing at bottom of product tank
  • Laser welded stainless steel tube manifolds with 2 or 4 outlets on each manifold
  • Stainless steel filling stands for holding filling nozzles above bottles to be filled - heights from 380 mm to 750 mm
