Accusil tubing for accurate filling

Accurate and consistent dispensing requires having the right tubing in the right pump. Manufactured in an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 environment, Accusil is double-bagged for protection against contamination.

Developed for use with Flexicon fillers such as PF7, PD12, FP50, FPC50 and FMB210, Accusil tubing is available in lengths from 10 metres to reels up to 150 metres.

Each box of Accusil tubing comes supplied with a lot-specific certificate of conformance that is also available online.

Flexicon's Accusil™ platinum-cured silicone tubing is manufactured from a USP class VI raw material in an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom operating within an ISO 9001 quality system. Accusil is compliant with a list of compendial testing.

Accusil platinum-tubing has been exclusively designed for use in Flexicon peristaltic technology. When used together Accusil exhibits excellent dispensing accuracy of up to +/0.5%.
